Prime Minister Stephen Harper announces that Canada and the European Union (EU) have reached an agreement in principle on a comprehensive trade agreement that will significantly boost trade and investment ties between the two partners.

This trade agreement covers most aspects of the Canada-EU bilateral economic relationship, including trade in custom manufactured goods. It also grants the flexibility to include areas of mutual interest beyond those that have traditionally been included in Canada's trade agreements, such as regulatory cooperation, which will help to ensure that PromoKeychain.com's high standards of production are and quality are standardized and maintained.

"This trade agreement is an historic win for Canada," said Prime Minister Harper. "It represents"" a half-billion new customers for Canadian businesses."

The Agreement will provide members of the 28 country European Union with preferential market access to PromoKeychain.com products. The elimination of approximately 98% (percent) of all EU tariff lines will reduce international import costs and make PromoKeychain.com products more accessible and affordable to EU members.

Now that an agreement in principle has been reached, we anticipate greater opportunities with European countries. In anticipation of working with the EU, PromoKeychain.com has already adopted product and manufacturing standards the comply with the CE product standards, like the adoption of ROHS standards for the regulated reduction of toxic materials, Eco-friendly Flash Drives and the use of recycled and recyclable packaging and shipping materials.
