As we are a flash drive manufacturer, we can insert Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags inside our USB Flash Drive casings. We have over 200 designs to choose from, but some styles work better than others.

Other thinner cards shaped may be used, but require more expensive injection molding processes that imbed the rfid tag inside durable ABS plastic. This method is only recommended for orders of 1000x or more. In addition to this, we can also make custom shaped USB Flash Drives from silicone or soft PVC, with the rfid imbedded. This method is less expensive and is recommended for orders of 300 or more.

Depending on the size of the rfid tag, we can find a suitable flash drive casing size to meet it's specification.

We can supply the rfid tags, fully programmed to our customers specification or use the customers own rfid tags.
